Scope of services – Rizmovemento provides strategic marketing support for B2B clients as described in individual agreements or proposals.
Client responsibilities – Clients must provide accurate and timely information necessary for delivering agreed services.
Project timelines – Deadlines are mutually agreed; delays caused by the client may impact delivery schedules.
Fees and payment – Pricing is stated in the contract or proposal; invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual property – Materials and concepts created remain the property of Rizmovemento until full payment is received, after which usage rights transfer as agreed.
Confidentiality – Both parties agree to keep non-public business and project information confidential.
Limitation of liability – Rizmovemento is not liable for indirect or consequential losses; direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Termination – Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with a notice period defined in the contract; outstanding fees remain payable.
Governing law – These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany.
